There is a problem with this website's security certificate

1) Open Windows Update
2) Use [Custom check for update]
3) Select "Update for Root Certificates for Windows XP"
4) Install update

If your organization has hanged windows update server that can contain the same issue.
You can force to check windows updates to original windows update server by open command prompt in "Run As Administrator" mode and paste
reg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate" /f
net stop wuauserv
rd %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution /Q /S
SC sdshow wuauserv
SC sdset wuauserv D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU)
wuauclt.exe /detectnow
Then launch again windows updates via start button.

Mplayer association to current user

Maka a new file in same directory where mplayer.exe is located.
Call this file for example "asoc.cmd". Paste into file this content:
reg add HKCU\Software\Classes\mplayerfile\shell\open\command ^
/ve /t reg_expand_sz /d "%~dp0mplayer.exe -fs %%1" /f

for %%a in (3gp mkv mp4 avi mov mpg) do ^
reg add HKCU\Software\Classes\.%%a /ve /t reg_sz /d mplayerfile /f
pause
Now run this newly created file and you got mkv, mp4, avi, mov association in current user.
